Please refer to our Substrate Index and Price List before placing your order, ensuring you have correctly identified the surface to be painted and specified the product code, description, quantities, colours and any required pre-treatments, sealants, undercoats etc. Please read our Health & Safety page before placing your order.

You may order and pay for your goods in several ways: 

• Fax your order with credit/debit card details.
  Fax directly to us, complete with credit/debit card details and a delivery address. We require your name, card number, the "Valid From" & "Expiry" dates, the last three digits of the number shown on the signature strip on the reverse of the card and the address as shown on the card statement. If you need an alternative delivery address such as a friend, relative, or a business address, please provide full details. Whichever address you choose, someone must be available to sign for delivery of your order. A daytime contact telephone number is also essential.

• Post your order with credit/debit card details.

Carriage on all orders over £150.00 + VAT, Free of Charge unless a Special Delivery is required when all charges will be added.
Minimum Account invoice value: £20.00 (plus VAT).

For orders of less than £150.00, the following applies:

0.5 Litre maximum delivery by Standard Mail: £5.00 inc P&P

Pallet loads by individual quotation.

For deliveries within a 5 mile radius of our premises, we offer free delivery.

DISCOUNT RATES & CREDIT TERMS.
Discount Rates applicable for most manufactured products and are for individual orders placed at one time:

Credit Terms for Account Customers are strictly NETT and 30 days.
All discounts shall be deemed to be waived if this period is extended for whatever reason without the prior agreement of Technical Paint Services.
Interest will be applied and charged at 1.5% per month.
All prices shown or quoted are in U.K. Pounds Sterling.
The minimum invoice charge for all credit sales is £20.00 (+ VAT).

All goods are sold subject to our Standard Conditions of Sale, which are available upon request.

SPECIAL MIXES & COLOUR MATCHING CHARGES
For quantities of less than 25 Litres, mixing charges are as follows:

2/3 working days should be allowed for accurate colour matching, although approximate matches can generally be managed on a "same day" basis for a nominal charge of £30.00, subject to our prevailing workload.

NB: we are frequently asked to satisfy individual requests based either on cost or performance. Please feel free to call us to discuss your own or your customers' specific requirements.

Paint samples are left on our premises at the owners risk.
